Welcome to The Unofficial Backdrop CMS Guide, this site is a work in progress and at the beginning stages of development.  We've decided to just "put the site out there" while we build the site for a number of reasons.

• To have a central location where we can save resources relating to Backdrop CMS website creation and module development.
• Save our own developed resources and external resources we find useful while developing for Backdrop CMS.
• To help grow the Backdrop CMS community.
• To show that Backdrop CMS is an excellent replacement for Drupal 7 CMS and WordPress

One of the problems we've come across is finding the resources we need, when we need them rather than remembering which folder on our servers or computers we've placed the resources or which website we obtained the information from.

For example, if we're developing a site and one of us finds some helpful info, we may save the information on one of our computers under general HTML development while another time if it relates to Drupal or Backdrop CMS we may pop it into that folder...

So, one of my main problems is having too many resources dotted around our hard drives in too many different places and forgetting where it is... hence this website.

If you find something you'd like to share then please let us know and we'll add it, giving you full credit of course.

This is a work in progress so keep popping back to see new content.

Thanks for stopping by and we hope you find something useful.
